Polyvinyl alcohol PVA

Polyvinyl Alcohol PVA resin is a kind of heavy polymer. It is usually a white or slight yellow floccules, flake, granular or powdery in appearance. PVA is non-toxic, insipid and non-polluting. PVA is a kind of water-soluble resin with good chemical stability. It also has good adhesion, film forming ability, insulation, oil resistance, abrasion resistance and gas barrier properties, and has typical chemical properties of polyols and can make esterification, etherification, acetalization reactions.

POM

HIPS

1. PBT

PC Properties: High impact strength, shape stable, colourless, transparent, easy dying, electric insulation, corrosion resistance, wear resistance are good. However, poor self-lubricating, with tendency to stress cracking, high temperature easily hydrolyzed, poor compatibility with other resins. PC is suitable for making instrument small parts, insulating and transparent parts and impact-resistant parts. PC usually is made into products by injection molding, extrusion, cotining, blow molding, thermoforming, printing, adhesive, coating and machining, the most important processing method is injection molding.

EVA

EVA is the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. The weight percent vinyl acetate usually varies from 10 to 40%, with the remainder being ethylene. EVA has little or no odor and is competitive with rubber and vinyl products in many electrical applications. EVA Raw material, EVA pellet, EVA granule, EVA foam compound.

LLDPE

PLA

Polylactic acid (PLA) is a new bio-based and renewable biodegradable material made from starch derived from renewable plant resources such as maize and cassava. Glucose was obtained from starch by saccharification, and then lactic acid with high purity was fermented from glucose and certain strains, and then polylactic acid with certain molecular weight was synthesized by chemical synthesis.
